We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Items without original tags

  • Items damaged after delivery
